Kaitlyn’s’ Story – Received 12 November, 2008

Hi I am Kaitlyn from New Orleans! I am 14 years old and a Freshman in high school. I have Stargardts disease and I was looking for people who also have it too. I am not going to be able to drive. I have many frustrations too. I play soccer and I am a cheerleader. I used to play softball but as I got older the ball was harder to see because it got faster every year. But, on the bright side, every time I accomplish something I feel like it means something more for me than for someone who has 20/20 vision.
